🚨 Kenyans slams Swaleh Sonko’s Apology!

Swaleh Sonko, the man accused of trying to sabotage the anti-Eliud Lagat protests over the killing of teacher and blogger Albert Ojwang’, has fled Nairobi and retreated to his rural home in Homa Bay County after facing massive backlash from Kenyans.

In a now-viral video, Swaleh begged for forgiveness from Kenya’s youth (Gen Z), admitting he made a mistake by trying to stop the protests.

“Wakenya mmenikimbiza na matusi. I accept that I made a mistake. I am a content creator, just like the others. Please forgive me. Look where I am now…”

For safety, he claimed he was forced to run back home and even planned to sleep at Raila Odinga Stadium to avoid further trouble. On his knees, Swaleh pleaded:

“If I did wrong to any of you, I’m on my knees — forgive me. I don’t want any beef with Gen Z.”

But Kenyans online were quick to respond with mixed reactions. Some mocked him, others demanded he prove his loyalty at the next demonstration on June 25th:

🗨️ Wanjiku Stephens: “Msamaha labda akuje na hao boys 200 on 25th tupiganie nchi.”
🗨️ Okech 960: “This one is a betrayer.”
🗨️ Finlay008: “We can’t believe this man.”

Swaleh Sonko’s apology has become a trending topic, fueling heated discussions about betrayal, protest infiltration, and Gen Z’s fight for justice.
