IS OCS Samson Talaam a Scapegoat? The Untold IPOA Confession
Information currently running on X says that Central Police Station’s OCS, Samson Talaam was speaking the truth, as per what he recorded with IPOA. He was not present the night Albert Ojwang was mūrdered.
He was at Kabunde Pub (Wilson Airport) in the company of a lady called Mercy ( allegedly works with KRA). The lady has been his close lover for a substantial period, and this day, Talaam left the station at 8 pm and headed to Wilson in the company of Mercy.
At around 9:30 p.m., he received a call from a person identifying himself as Sigei, telling him that they had brought in a suspect, and Talaam told him that he had left the station to his deputy, Ng’ang’a.
Later at 3 am that night, deputy OCS called Talaam, informing him that things had gone haywire, and that was the time that he left Kabunde Pub, dropped the lady and headed to the station.
Talaam has refused to be sacrificed, and while at it, reports have it that the CCTV footages on his activities at the club will speak for him.
